Jeffrey Tambor (b. July 6, 1944 in San Francisco, California) is an American character actor best known for his TV comedy work. He plays Tom Manning in Hellboy and Hellboy II: The Golden Army. best known for his roles as Hank Kingsley on The Larry Sanders Show, as well as George Bluth Sr. and Oscar Bluth on Arrested Development.
