Hellboy in Hell tells the stories of Hellboy's journey through Hell after the events of The Fury.
Publication History
This series marks a shift in the series. Previously Hellboy had always been a series of miniseries, but as of Hellboy in Hell it is an ongoing series. The series will not have a monthly release date, but rather issues will come out when they are finished, however long this may take.
Synopsis
Issue 1
After saving the world in The Storm and The Fury, but sacrificing himself and Great Britain, Hellboy is dead, cast into Hell, where he finds many familiar faces, and a throne that awaits him.
Issue 2
In Pandemonium, the dead wait for Hellboy to claim his throne, but is he interested... ?
Issue 3
Hellboy meets more of his family members, and it’s not a fond reunion, as blood sprays through the air in Hell.
Issue 4
After a bizarre family reunion, Hellboy can barely process the new information, and the things he's done, since arriving in Hell. But Mike Mignola has one more revelation before concluding this initial monthly run of the story we've been building to since 1994...
